This policy applies to Makefew listings, maker accounts, messages, ratings and other content. Makefew is operated by Blue Hill Foundry, LLC. Report a concern through “Report this listing,” where available, or contact@makefew.com with the relevant page or order reference.

1 Products and truthful listings

List completed physical goods you are entitled to sell, with accurate stock and dispatch promises. Do not list stolen goods, counterfeits, recalled or unlawful products, or items that infringe intellectual property. Do not hide material defects, falsely claim certification or affiliation, fabricate scarcity or sales, or substitute a materially different item without the buyer’s agreement.

State whether you designed an item, made it or fabricated it under license. Credit and follow applicable license terms; an available download or paid file is not automatically permission for commercial fabrication. Use genuine product photos and substantiate compatibility and performance claims. No paid pre-orders, production-funding campaigns, digital-only goods or services are in the launch program.

2 Restricted categories and safety

Weapons, ammunition, explosives, controlled substances and products intended for unlawful harm are prohibited. Food, ingestibles, medical-use products, children’s products, mains-powered equipment and battery-containing goods require a separately approved category program before listing. Approval requires the relevant compliance evidence and lawful fulfillment method; it is not a Makefew certification. This proposed category rule applies to BHF as well as outside makers.

Provide required warnings and instructions. Tell Makefew promptly about a credible safety issue or recall, stop affected sales when appropriate, preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful notices and remedies. Reporting to Makefew does not replace a seller’s own reporting duties to authorities.

3 Accounts communications and ratings

Do not impersonate others, evade suspension, share authentication secrets, use stolen payment methods, submit sham orders, send spam or threats, expose private information, or interfere with the service. Do not probe another person’s records or bypass security controls. Report a vulnerability privately without accessing more information than needed or disrupting service.

Ratings must come from eligible genuine orders and describe an honest experience. No purchased, fabricated or undisclosed insider feedback, sentiment-conditioned incentives, or pressure to remove criticism. An otherwise eligible negative rating is not removed merely for being negative. Sellers must not withhold a refund to influence feedback. Makefew may remove or correct ineligible ratings using consistent criteria and preserve an audit trail.

4 Enforcement and review

We may request clarification, restrict content, pause a listing or account, or end access for a violation. We will consider severity, evidence and repeat behavior, act promptly on urgent risks, and give reasons and a review route where practical and lawful. Ask for human review at contact@makefew.com, identifying the decision and relevant facts. We may preserve evidence and make legally required disclosures. A restriction does not remove existing buyer remedies or outstanding seller duties.
